Meatballs with spaghetti sauce (or other type of pasta) is the dish that young and old love. Simply good!

Ingredients (for 4 people)
Spaghettoni 350 gr.
Minced beef 350 gr
Eggs 2
Parmesan cheese 30 gr.
breadcrumbs 50 gr.
Salt to taste
Tomato puree 1 liter
Extra virgin olive oil 50 ml
1 medium onion
Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add the eggs, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and salt. Mix well.

Form small meatballs the size of a hazelnut.

Pour the tomato into a saucepan, add the whole onion, oil and salt.

When the sauce boils, add the meatballs.

Cook for 20 minutes over low heat with a lid. At the end of cooking, add the coarsely chopped parsley.

Boil the spaghetti and season them with the sauce, a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, if you like. Enjoy your meal!
