This first course is simply good, which has broccoli rabe and potatoes as ingredients. To try!

Ingredients (for 4 people)

Spaghetti 300 gr.

Turnip broccoli 250 gr. (cleaned)

Potatoes 250 gr.

Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.

Garlic 3 cloves

Chili pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Pecorino or cacioricotta cheese to taste

Clean the broccoli by removing the hard stems, cut the larger leaves into strips and wash them well. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into chunks.

Cook the potatoes in a large pot with plenty of water (it will also be used for pasta).

Cook for five minutes then add the broccoli and salt. Continue cooking for 5 minutes after boiling.

Put the oil in a pan with the garlic and chilli.

Brown and then remove the garlic and chilli.

Cook the spaghetti in the pot with the broccoli and potatoes.

Strain and pour everything (i.e. the spaghetti al dente, broccoli and potatoes) into the pan with the sauce, adding a little cooking water if it dries out too much.

Mix everything over low heat.

You can serve. A sprinkling of pecorino or cacioricotta if you like, but even without them they are very tasty. Enjoy your meal with a dish that becomes important with simple ingredients!
