The colors and flavors of autumn are enclosed in this simple and refined dessert that is very easy to make.

Ingredients

Chestnut flour 200 gr.

Flour 00 200 gr.

Butter 150 gr.

Milk 150 gr.

Sugar 200 gr.

3 whole eggs

Angel bread yeast 1 sachet

vanillin 1 sachet

Chocolate drops 50 gr.

Whole almonds 50 gr.

Liquore  30 ml (Cointreau o Rum)

Mix the two flours with the baking powder and vanillin. Melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan with the milk.

Put the sugar and eggs in a bowl and mix well either by hand or with an electric whisk.

Add the hot milk with the melted butter.

Add the flours and liqueur a little at a time (to be avoided if the dessert is eaten by children)

Work well for a few minutes.

Grease and flour a 26 cm diameter pan and pour the dough into it.

Sprinkle the drops (or pieces of chocolate) over the entire surface.

Complete by placing the almonds over the entire surface.

Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
You can sprinkle with powdered sugar but the dessert is beautiful in its simplicity. Ideal for breakfast or snack or even as an end of a meal, accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream or coffee.
