A flavorful and tasty fall soup that is sure to please everyone.
Versatile in its simplicity so much so that it is a first course or a side dish or an appetizer!

Ingredients for 4 people
Pumpkin 500 gr.
Potatoes 300 gr.
Boiled chickpeas 250 gr, or 1 can
Cherry tomatoes 150 gr.
1 medium onion
Salt to taste
Rosemary to taste
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
Basil to taste
Wash and dice the pumpkin, potatoes, cherry tomatoes.
Slice the onion and brown it with oil and rosemary.

Add the potatoes. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the tomato and basil. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the pumpkin, 100 ml of water and salt.

Cook for 10 minutes over low heat covered.

Add the chickpeas.

Cook for another 10 minutes.

You can serve!
A sprinkling of pepper as a final touch if you like it and serve accompanied by homemade bread.
