A dish that makes so much winter! A rustic and ancient recipe that is always up-to-date.

Ingredients (for 4 people)
Sausage 400 gr.
Savoy cabbage 300 gr.
Potatoes 300 gr.
Onion 200 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
Salt to taste
Chili pepper to taste
Wash and cut the cabbage into strips, removing the hard parts, peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, slice the onion.

Put the oil in a pan and brown the onion, chilli and sausage.

Add the potatoes in chunks. Brown well over high heat for 5 minutes.

Add the cabbage, 100 ml of water and salt. Cover with the lid.

Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

The dish is ready. Enjoy your meal!
