The recipe I propose today is an unusual combination: cod and cauliflower. Quick to prepare, it is a really tasty first course that will appeal even to those who do not like these two ingredients very much. Try it!

Ingredients (for 4 people)

Vermicelli 350 gr.

Baccalà 300 gr.

Cauliflower 300 gr.

Cherry tomatoes 200 gr.

Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.

Parsley to taste

Garlic 2 cloves

Chili pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water.

Chop the parsley. Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces by removing the seeds. Cut the cod into chunks, removing the bones and skin.

Brown the oil with the garlic and chilli.

Add the cherry tomatoes and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the cod chunks. Cook for two minutes.

Add the cauliflower florets.

Cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt. Add the chopped parsley.

Pour the spaghetti into the pan.

Stir gently by adding a little of the pasta cooking water, if you see that it dries out too much.
