This simple and quick recipe has shrimps and cherry tomatoes as basic ingredients to which is added as a final touch the anchovy sauce, an amber liquid produced on the Amalfi coast obtained from the processing of salted anchovies. Scented with the sea and rich in flavor, it is ideal for a lunch or dinner to amaze your guests. To try!

Ingredients (for 4 people)
Tubettoni 350 gr.
Shrimp 300gr.
Cherry tomatoes 200 gr.
Parsley to taste
Basil to taste
Extra virgin olive oil. 50 gr.
Anchovy colata 3 cuccchiai
Garlic 2 cloves
Clean the shrimp by removing the heads and carapace. Wash them and place them in a bowl. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes by removing the seeds.

Brown the garlic and oil in a pan.

Add the cherry tomatoes.

Add the chopped basil, parsley and salt. Remove the garlic.

Cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Add the shrimp.

Cook for 2 minutes.

Heat the tubettoni without salting the cooking water (because we will add the anchovy sauce which is very salty) and pour them into the pan with the sauce.
Add more chopped parsley and 3 tablespoons of anchovy sauce.

Mix everything and the dish is ready!

Plate up and enjoy this truly fabulous first course, scented with the sea.

"I wonder what life lacks when on a summer night the breath of the stars opens the windows and throws the scent of the sea into them." (Fabrizio Caramagna, writer)
