This very simple and quick recipe in making will surely please you. The mullets, baked in the oven with a base of cherry tomatoes and zucchini, covered with a tasty crust of breadcrumbs will give a scent of the sea and a touch of novelty to your table. To try!

Ingredients (for 4 people)
Red mullet 800 gr. (approx. 8-9)
Cherry tomatoes 150 gr.
Zucchini 200 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil 60 gr.
Salt to taste
Parsley to taste
Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
Garlic 2 cloves
Clean the mullets well by removing the entrails and scraping the bones. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces, removing the seeds. Chop the parsley. Wash and cut the zucchini into sticks.

Prepare a baking sheet and place the zucchini and cherry tomatoes on its bottom.

Add the mullet. Add salt and a little oil.

Place the mullets lined up with each other, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, add the chopped parsley, garlic, 50 ml of water and the remaining olive oil poured in a trickle.

Place in the oven at 180* for 20 minutes.
