An easy way to prepare mullet especially if you have guests, just bake at the moment and you bring a goodness to the table. It will surely be a success for your table!

Ingredients (for 4 people)
4 mullets (about 250-300 gr. each) or, if smaller, two each
Garlic a clove
Parsley to taste
Cherry tomatoes 250 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil 60 gr.
Salt to taste
white wine 100 ml
Clean the mullet well by removing the entrails and scaling them. Cut the cherry tomatoes into chunks, chop the parsley and garlic. Put the wine, oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well until it becomes almost a cream.

Season the cherry tomatoes with parsley, garlic, salt and a little oil.

Prepare four squares of aluminum foil. Lay the mullet on top.

Season the mullet with the seasoned cherry tomatoes and the chopped oil and wine.

Close the candy-like sheet.

Brush the bottom of a baking dish with a teaspoon of oil. Lay the mullets.

Bake at 180C for 30 minutes. The dish is ready!
