Simple and tasty, appetizer, main course, single dish, squid and potatoes is an icon of seafood recipes that I dedicate to the zodiac sign of Libra. Ingredients (for 4-5 people)
Totani 600 gr
Potatoes 600 gr.
Cherry tomatoes 200 gr
Extra virgin olive oil 70 gr.
Parsley to taste
Garlic 1 clove
Basil to taste
Salt to taste
Optional chili pepper
Clean, wash the squid well and cut them, if they are large, into several pieces. Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, wash and cut the cherry tomatoes by removing the seeds. Chop basil and parsley.

Put 50 gr. of oil and add the potatoes.

Sauté over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add salt. After browning them, put them on a plate.

In the pan where you cooked the potatoes, pour the remaining olive oil and garlic. Sauté.

Add the squid.

Remove the garlic. Brown over high heat, add the white wine and let it evaporate.

Now add the cherry tomatoes and the chopped parsley and basil. Cook for about 15 minutes in a covered pan over medium heat.

Add the potatoes and chilli pepper if you like. Cook -without covering- for another 10 minutes to flavor.

The pact is ready! Tasty, tasty and fragrant with the sea.
