Simple dish to make, main course or appetizer, always delicious. To try!

Ingredients (for 4 people)
Totani 800 gr.
Cherry tomatoes 250 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
Garlic 2 cloves
Parsley to taste
Basil to taste
White wine 100 ml
Salt to taste
Clean the squid, cut the tentacles, remove the entrails from the sacs and cut the part under the eyes with scissors.
Finally, remove the beak or beak that is located in the center of the tentacles. Wash everything well and cut the larger squid into several pieces.

Brown the garlic in a pan.

Add the squid, brown for a minute.

Add the white wine. Let it evaporate over high heat. Remove the garlic.

Add the whole cherry tomatoes. Cover and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.

The scent will flood your kitchen! The dish is ready!
