Today I prepare a dish of tagliatelle enriched with a very simple and quick sauce to prepare. Really tasty it has tomato flavored with artichokes and mushrooms in oil as ingredients. Frou -frou because it is a very special dish.

Ingredients (for 4 people)
Tagliatelle 300 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
Artichokes in oil 50 gr.
Mushrooms in oil 50 gr.
Sbut q.b.
Aglio 1 clove
Cherry tomatoes 1 can
Chili pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
Cut the mushrooms and artichokes into small pieces. Brown the garlic, oil and chilli in a pan.

Add the cherry tomatoes.

Add the chopped parsley and remove the garlic. Cook for 5 minutes over high heat.

Add the artichokes and mushrooms.

Cook for two minutes.

Pour the noodles into the dressing and stir gently. Add a little pasta cooking water if it dries out too much.

You can serve.
