Summer recipe, quick and easy to make that contains Mediterranean flavors: peppers, chillies, tomato and basil. Turmeric enriches it by giving it a touch of the Orient and from this combination a dish with a unique flavor is born. To try!

Ingredients (for 4 people)
Egg tagliatelle 300 gr.
1 large bell pepper
River chillies 100 gr
Tomatoes 250 gr.
Onion 1
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
Abundant basil
Chili pepper to taste
Turmeric 1 tablespoon
Parmesan cheese 30 gr.
Salt to taste
Wash and clean the peppers by removing the stem and seeds, wash the pepper remove the seeds and filaments inside and cut it into strips.
Wash and cut the tomatoes into chunks. Chop the basil. Slice the onion and brown it with oil in a pan.

Add the peppers and chillies.

Cook over high heat for 2 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and basil.

Continue to cook for another 10 minutes.

Heat the noodles and pour them into the pan. Add the Parmesan cheese and turmeric.

Stir gently, adding a little pasta cooking water if it dries out too much.

You can serve, add a little Parmesan cheese and enjoy this dish with summer colors!
