Today I propose a recipe that is actually a quick Genovese. Very tasty and very simple to prepare, you will surely like it. Made very delicate and digestible by the addition of apple, it will satisfy your guests.
Ingredients (for 4 people)
Tagliatelle 350 gr.
Minced beef 250 gr.
Onions 250 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil 60 gr.
Parmesan cheese to taste
salt to taste
Butter 20 gr.
Whole apple if small (or half)
Pepper to taste
Cut the onions and apple into thin slices. Brown the onions in a pan with the butter and oil.

Add the apple slices. Brown for 1 minute.

Add the minced meat and salt.

Sauté for two minutes and deglaze by adding 100 ml of white wine.

Cover and cook over very low heat for 20 minutes.

Pour the tagliatelle into the sauce by adding a ladle of cooking water.

Stir well over low heat for 1 minute.

The dish is ready! A sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and pepper and... Enjoy your meal!
