Simple and quick to make, this dish is really good in its elegant refinement. Ideal for an impromptu lunch or dinner since it is prepared while cooking pasta or even for an important dinner such as Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve. Try it!

Ingredients (for 4 people)

Egg tagliatelle 300 gr.

Smoked salmon 100 gr.

Plenty of parsley

Butter 40 gr.

Orange 1

Onion 1

Salt to taste

Chop the parsley and cut the salmon into strips.

In a pan, gently brown the butter (you can also use extra virgin olive oil) with the sliced onion for about 2-3 minutes.

Add the salmon.

Cook for 1 minute, add 2 tablespoons of orange juice and turn off.

Pour the noodles into the pan, add the parsley and stir gently.

The tagliatelle are ready.

Serve with a light grating of orange zest and garnish with a small piece of orange. Enjoy your meal!
