Strudel with pears in syrup is a simple and quick dessert to make that will satisfy you with its delicacy and goodness.

Ingredients
Shortcrust pastry 1 round package
Pears in syrup 400 gr.
Hazelnut grains 30 gr.
Pistachio grains 30 gr.
Chocolate drops 70 gr.
Unroll the package of shortcrust pastry or prepare it yourself following my recipe. Place the pears in syrup on the dough that you have cut into coarse pieces, leaving a part of the edge free.

Add the chopped hazelnuts, pistachios and chocolate chips. You can also use chopped walnuts.

Roll the dough on itself giving life to the strudel. Practice perpendicular cuts on the dough at the edge that you will need to seal and prevent the dough from leaking.

Fold the strips on the roll alternating them in an X shape.

Brush with beaten egg and cut the trunk with four or five horizontal cuts that will be used for optimal cooking.

Place in the oven at 180C for 30 minutes.

Let it cool, place it on a serving plate and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Enjoy this sweet goodness! Serve it with ice cream or whipped cream, it will be a real success!
