A simple and tasty dish that is pleasant to enjoy on a winter evening accompanied by a good wine.

Ingredients (for 4-5 people)
Veal stew 1 Kg.
Frozen peas 500 gr.
Onions 250 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
Salt to taste
White wine 200ml
Pepper optional
Tita the onions. Prepare the other ingredients: frozen peas and chunks of meat.

Brown the onion with the oil.

Add the chunks of meat.

Sauté for a few minutes and then add the white wine.

Simmer covered for 30 minutes.

Add the peas, salt and, if you like, pepper.

Mix well.

Continue cooking with the lid on for 20 minutes over low heat. If it dries out too much, you can add a ladle of hot water.

The stew is ready! Plate up and enjoy!
