This first course that I prepared with porchetta is very tasty. Truly worth trying, it is ideal for an impromptu lunch or dinner with friends.

Ingredients (for 4 people)
Spaghettoni 350 gr.
Cherry tomatoes 1 can of 400 gr. (or Bald)
Porchetta 1 slice 150 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
Garlic 1 clove
Chili pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
pecorino cheese to taste
Dice the porchetta. Brown the oil, chilli pepper and garlic in a pan.

Add the diced porchetta. Remove the garlic.

Add the cherry tomatoes.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Pour the spaghetti into the sauce. Add the chopped parsley.

Stir over low heat for 1 minute and add a ladle of pasta cooking water if you see that it dries out too much.

You can serve. A little pecorino cheese and enjoy this really tasty dish. Enjoy your meal!
