This simple and tasty recipe that smells of sea and lemon has octopus as an ingredient. Try it!!

Ingredients (for 4 people)

Octopus 500 gr.

Spaghettoni 350gr.

Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.

Plenty of parsley

Garlic 2 cloves

Black pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Lemon 1

Wash the octopuses well after cleaning them. Boil a pot with a little salt. When the water boils, put the octopuses in the water by immersing the tentacles first and then cook for about 30 minutes.

They will be cooked when the tines of a fork softly enter the base of the tentacles.

Glue the polyps.

Cut the octopus into small pieces, add a little salt and the juice of a lemon. Mix everything.

Sauté the garlic and oil in a pan.

Add the octopus with its gravy. Remove the garlic.

Sauté for two minutes and add the chopped parsley.

Heat the spaghetti al dente and pour them into the pan with the sauce.

Add a little pasta cooking water if you see that it dries out too much. Mix well.
