Quick and simple first course to prepare that you will surely like. The protagonist: canned tuna in olive oil that gives a truly different taste to zucchini with cherry tomatoes. Try it!

Ingredients (for 4 people)

Spaghetti 300 gr.

Cherry tomatoes 150gr.

Zucchini 400 gr.

Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr

Basil to taste

Tuna 2 cans of 80 gr.

Salt to taste

1 medium onion

Wash and cut the zucchini into half slices, chop the basil, slice the onion.

Sauté the onion with the oil.

Add the zucchini and sauté for two minutes.

Add the whole cherry tomatoes.

Cook over high heat for about 10 minutes. Add salt.

Add the drained tuna to the preservation oil and the sauce is ready.

Pour the spaghetti into the pan with the sauce and add the chopped basil.

Stir gently over high heat, add a ladle of pasta cooking water if you see that it dries out too much.
