Simply good this first course that I prepare today, which combines zucchini with shrimp. Easy to make, it is a dish that everyone will surely like.

Ingredients for 4 people
Spaghetti 300 gr.
Zucchini 300 gr.
Prawns 300 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
Salt to taste
Basil to taste
Garlic 2 cloves
Cut the zucchini into half slices and clean the shrimp. I used prawns.

Brown the garlic with the oil.

Pour in the zucchini and remove the garlic.

Cook the zucchini for 5-6 minutes until lightly browned, turning them often. Add salt at the end.

Add the shrimp to the zucchini. Having used prawns I cut them into several parts.

Cook over high heat for two minutes.

Heat the spaghetti al dente and pour them into the sauce, adding a ladle of pasta cooking water to prevent them from drying out too much. Add the coarsely chopped basil.

Stir for 1 minute over high heat.

Plate up and enjoy!
