Today I propose a very quick first course to prepare just the cooking time of the pasta.
You will satisfy your guests with an impromptu table. Fast, tasty and important in its simplicity.

Ingredients for 4 people
Spaghetti 350 gr.
Smoked salmon 100 gr.
White olives 100 gr.
Capers 20 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
Parsley to taste
Chili pepper to taste
Garlic 2 cloves
Salt to taste
Breadcrumbs 30 gr.
Cut the salmon into strips, chop the parsley, wash the capers well to remove the salt and after pitting the olives, cut them into small pieces.

Brown the garlic and chilli pepper with the oil.

Toast the breadcrumbs in a small pan with a teaspoon of oil.

Remove the garlic and add the salmon, capers and olives. It is not necessary to add salt since salmon is already very savory.

Brown over high heat for a minute.

Pour the spaghetti very al dente into the sauce. Add the chopped parsley.

Mix well and add a ladle of pasta cooking water if you see that it dries out too much.

You can serve. A sprinkling of toasted breadcrumbs ("the crumbs") and enjoy!!
