Very quick and chic this recipe. Prepare it when you are short on time, creating a tasty dish that satisfies your guests.

Ingredients for 4 people
Spaghetti 300 gr.
Smoked salmon 100 gr.
Avocado 1
Parsley to taste
Garlic 2 cloves
Salt to taste
Lemon 1
Extra virgin olive oil 40 gr.
Pepper optional
Cut the avocado, remove the central pit and put the flesh in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and the juice of half a lemon.
Chop the parsley and cut the salmon into strips.

Brown the garlic with the oil.

Add the salmon.

Remove the garlic and brown for a minute.

Pour the spaghetti al dente into the pan. Add the parsley and avocado cream.

Stir gently.

You can serve. A sprinkling of pepper if you like it and enjoy!
