Fried zucchini, enriched with basil, onion and parmesan, are the ingredients of this poor summer dish but rich in a lot of flavor. To try!
Ingredients (for 4 people)
Spaghetti 300 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil 60 gr.
Zucchini 600 gr.
Abundant basil
Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
Salt to taste
Small onion 1
Butter 40 gr.
Wash and cut the zucchini into half slices. Wash and chop the basil.

Put the oil in a pan and, when hot, add the zucchini.

Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until the zucchini are golden brown. Add salt. Place them on a plate, removing the excess oil.

Put the chopped onion and butter in a pan.

Brown over low heat.

Add the zucchini, Parmesan cheese and chopped basil.

Pour the spaghetti into the pan and mix well.

Serve, a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese if you like it and... Enjoy your meal!
