This recipe has a single protagonist, a simple ingredient, with a strong and full-bodied flavor: anchovy sauce. Transparent amber-colored liquid obtained from the pressing and maturation of salted anchovies. Produced in Cetara, a town on the Amalfi Coast, it is a very tasty condiment that preserves the aroma of salted anchovies and is mainly used to season pasta, side dishes and fish. Ingredients (for 4 people)
Spaghetti 300 gr.
Anchovy sauce 4 tablespoons
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
Parsley to taste
Garlic two cloves
Chili pepper to taste
Sauté the garlic, chilli and oil in a pan.

Brown the garlic, remove it.

Heat the pasta without salting the water. Pour the pasta into the pan. Add the chopped parsley and 1 tablespoon each of anchovy sauce.

Mix well.

You can serve. The seafood-scented spaghetti are ready!
