It is a first course that combines broccoli and squid, two contrasting flavors, which give life to a very tasty combination. Seas and mountains on the plate!!

Ingredients for 4 people
Spaghetti 300 gr.
Cleaned turnip broccoli 100 gr
Calamari 300 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
Salt to taste
Garlic 3 cloves
Chili pepper to taste
Clean the broccoli with a preference for florets, and weigh 100 gr. Clean the squid and cut them into chunks.

Brown the garlic and chilli pepper with the oil.

Add the squid chunks.

Cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Remove the garlic.

Add the broccoli.

Put the salt and cover with the lid. Cook for 10 minutes.

Pour the spaghetti into the sauce.

Stir gently over low heat, adding a little of the pasta cooking water if it dries out too much.
