Today I prepare puttanesca, a simple but very tasty dish of Neapolitan cuisine based on tomatoes, black olives and capers with a variation: I added cuttlefish. A truly winning combination. To try!!


Ingredients for 4 people

Spaghetti 300 gr.

Cuttlefish 400 gr.

Cherry tomatoes 300gr. (or peeled)

Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr

Black olives 70 gr. of Gaeta (or even another type)

Garlic two cloves

Capers 10 gr.

Chili pepper to taste

Parsley to taste

basil to taste

Salt to taste

Clean the cuttlefish well, cut them into small pieces.

Brown the garlic with the oil.

Add the cuttlefish. Brown it.

Add the cherry tomatoes, olives and capers.

Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Add salt.

Boil the spaghetti al dente and pour them into the pot with the sauce. Add the chopped basil and parsley.

Stir, adding a little cooking water if you see that it dries out too much.
