Today I prepare puttanesca, a simple but very tasty dish of Neapolitan cuisine based on tomatoes, black olives and capers with a variation: I added cuttlefish. A truly winning combination. To try!!
Ingredients for 4 people
Spaghetti 300 gr.
Cuttlefish 400 gr.
Cherry tomatoes 300gr. (or peeled)
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr
Black olives 70 gr. of Gaeta (or even another type)
Garlic two cloves
Capers 10 gr.
Chili pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
basil to taste
Salt to taste
Clean the cuttlefish well, cut them into small pieces.

Brown the garlic with the oil.

Add the cuttlefish. Brown it.

Add the cherry tomatoes, olives and capers.

Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Add salt.

Boil the spaghetti al dente and pour them into the pot with the sauce. Add the chopped basil and parsley.

Stir, adding a little cooking water if you see that it dries out too much.

The dish is ready!! Enjoy your meal!
