Quick to prepare and very tasty, this single dish that has sole as a basic ingredient that can also be replaced with cod fillets. Try it!

Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

Sole 300 gr or cod fillets, both fresh and frozen

Potatoes 200gr.

Cherry tomatoes 100 gr.

Extra virgin olive oil 40 gr.

Basil to taste

Garlic 1 clove

White wine 50 ml

Salt to taste

Peel and cut the potato into thin slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes into a Chop the basil. Put everything in a bowl and season with salt and oil and white wine. Mix everything well. Clean the fish.

Prepare a rectangular pan of about 25cm-40 cm, preferably non-stick, and put a part of the potatoes with the cherry tomatoes on its bottom.

Lay the sole or cod fillets. Add a pinch of salt.

Cover with another layer of potatoes and finally cover with the marinade sauce.

Bake at 180* for 35 minutes.
