A simple, quick dessert that you can offer your guests even on a special evening like Halloween, the children's party but also for adults.

Ingredients (for 4 people)
Savoyards 12
Oreo Cookies 8
Liquid cream 250 ml
Mascarpone 250 gr.
Nutella 2 tablespoons
Icing sugar 80 gr.
Coffee to taste (or milk to taste if children eat it)
Cocoa to taste
Colored sugar corals to taste
Whip the cream with the icing sugar by hand or with a whisk. Brew coffee (average 2 three-cup machines).

Add the mascarpone and continue to mix with the whisk.

Divide the whipped cream with the mascarpone into two bowls.

Add two tablespoons of Nutella to one of the two bowls and mix. Coarsely crush the oreo cookies and add them to the second bowl.

Wet the ladyfingers with the bitter coffee, place two at the base of each mold (7-8 cm in diameter) and add the cream with the oreo cookies.

Place another ladyfinger on the cream and finally cover with the Nutella cream.

Sprinkle with cocoa and decorate with sugar-colored corals. I used corals or devils with the colors of Halloveeen.

You can wet the ladyfingers with milk if you prepare the semifreddo for children. Refrigerate for two hours before enjoying this goodness. They can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 days or in the freezer, in which case they should be thawed at room temperature about 1 hour before.
