It is prepared with olive oil instead of butter, which is easy to make. Good, soft and fragrant.

Ingredients (for 6 -8 people)
Flour 00 500 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil 100 ml
Makes 10 gr.
Pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese 30 gr.
Pecorino 30 gr.
Mixed cured meats 150 gr.
Provolone 100 gr.
4 whole eggs
Yeast 1 block of 25 gr. or a sachet of freeze-dried yeast.
Milk 150 gr.
Put the flour and oil in a bowl and mix either by hand or with an electric whisk.

Add one egg at a time and at the end the salt.

Add the milk in which you dissolved the yeast. It works well.

Let it rise until it doubles in volume.

The leavened dough.

After rising, add the cheese and pepper that you will omit if the rustic will also be eaten by children.

Mix well after adding the cheese and cold cuts.

Butter and flour a donut pan and pour the dough into it.

Leave to rise for another 1 hour.

Bake at 180 * for 40 minutes.

Remove the rustic from the pan, place it on a serving pact and let it cool.
