Ingredients (for 6 -8 people)

Flour 00 500 gr.

Extra virgin olive oil 100 ml

Makes 10 gr.

Pepper to taste

Parmesan cheese 30 gr.

Pecorino 30 gr.

Mixed cured meats 150 gr.

Provolone 100 gr.

4 whole eggs

Yeast 1 block of 25 gr. or a sachet of freeze-dried yeast.

Milk 150 gr.

Put the flour and oil in a bowl and mix either by hand or with an electric whisk.

Add one egg at a time and at the end the salt.
