This is an ancient recipe of my mother that she used to prepare for some party or even for Easter. Easy to make, it is worth preparing it to savor its goodness.

Ingredients for the pasta

Flour 200 gr.

Lard 60 gr.

Sugar 25 gr.

1 whole egg

Salt a pinch

For the filling

Ricotta 250 gr.

Salami 100 gr.

Provola 100 gr.

Mozzarella 100 gr.

2 hard-boiled eggs

Whole eggs 4

Parmesan cheese 20 gr.

Put the flour, lard, sugar and egg in a bowl.

Knead and work everything well. Transfer the dough to the work surface.

Form a ball and let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes, covering it with plastic wrap.

Roll out half of the dough with a rolling pin and line a baking pan with a diameter of 22 cm.

 

Cut all the ingredients of the filling into chunks.

Mix the ingredients after beating the eggs.

Put the filling in the pan and add the hard-boiled egg wedges at the end.

Roll out the other part of the dough as well and cover the pan with the filling. Prick the dough with the tines of a fork. Brush with beaten egg over the entire surface.

Bake at 180* for 40 minutes.
