Chicken with peppers, very tasty, single dish or second course, simple in preparation, you will surely like it!

Ingredients (for 3-4 people)

Chicken 500 gr.

Peperones 2

Pomodorini 150 gr.

Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.

Salt to taste

Onion 1 large

Oregano to taste

Cut the chicken into pieces. I used chicken spindles. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces, removing the seeds. Wash and cut the peppers into strips, removing the seeds and white filaments contained inside. Cut the onion into slices.

Brown the oil and onion in a pan.

Add the chicken pieces that you have removed the skin.

Sauté for two minutes.

Add the cherry tomatoes.

Add the peppers and a pinch of oregano. I used fresh oregano leaves.

Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove the lid and continue cooking over medium heat for another 10 minutes.
