A truly special first course in which, the unique taste of porcini mushrooms, is combined with the sweetness of zucchini. To try!

Ingredients (for 4 people)
Pbefore 300 gr.
Cherry tomatoes 200 gr.
Zucchini 300 gr.
Porcini mushrooms 300gr.
Garlic 2 cloves
Basil to taste
Parsley to taste
Extra virgin olive oil 60 gr.
Clean the mushrooms and wash them well to remove the soil. You can also use frozen mushrooms. Cut them into small pieces. Sauté the garlic with the oil.

Add the mushrooms, parsley and salt. Remove the garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Add the cherry tomatoes cut into wedges.

Cook for 5 minutes over high heat.

Wash and cut the zucchini into half slices and brown them in a pan with oil.

Cook for 5 minutes until the zucchini are golden brown.

Add the zucchini to the sauce with the porcini mushrooms.

Heat the penne and pour them into the pan with lots of basil.

Mix well.
