Today I present you a recipe of Neapolitan cuisine that will never fade: pasta and potatoes!

Ingredients for 4 people

Pasta mista 250 gr.

Potatoes 400 gr.

Tomatoes 200 gr.

Bacon 50 gr.

1medium onion

Celery to taste

basil to taste

Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.

Provola or caciocavallo 150 gr.

Parmesan cheese to taste

Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces.

Slice the onion and brown it in a pan with oil.

Add the diced bacon.

Sauté for a minute and then add the cherry tomatoes while continuing to brown.

Add the potatoes.

Pour 200 ml of water and salt. Cook for 15 minutes over high heat.

Pour in the mixed pasta.

Add water to cook the pasta.

When the pasta is almost cooked, add the cheese cut into chunks.
