Mango, a sweet, fragrant and juicy exotic fruit is the fundamental ingredient of these muffins that will surely please for their delicate flavor and aroma.

Ingredients (for 20 muffins)
Flour 00 300 gr.
Sunflower oil 120 ml
Yoghurt 1 of 125 gr.
Sugar 150 gr.
Whole eggs 3
Vanillin 1 sachet
Salt a pinch
Pan degli Angeli Yeast 1 sachet
Mango 1
Peel and cut the mango into chunks and put everything in a bowl.

Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Mix well either by hand or with an electric whisk.

Add the seed oil and yogurt. Stir again.

Add the flour mixed with the baking powder and the sachet of vanillin.

Mix well.

Add the diced mango.

Put the dough in the cups of 5 cm in diameter.

Bake at 180* for 30 minutes.

The muffins are ready, for any occasion, from breakfast to snack, as after lunch or after dinner accompanied with fruit or vanilla ice cream.
