Ingredients (for 4 people)

Mezzi paccheri 350 gr.

Totani 700 gr

Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.

Cherry tomatoes 300 gr.

Garlic 1 clove

Basil to taste

Parsley to taste

White wine 100 ml

Clean the squid, cut the tentacles and remove the entrails from each one's bag, cut the part under the eyes with scissors.

Remove the beak or beak that is located at the bottom in the center of the tentacles. Cut the larger squid into pieces.

Sauté the garlic with the oil.

Add the squid. Sauté for two minutes.
