Cuttlefish and asparagus are a very chic combination, with a unique flavor that I dedicate to the zodiac sign of Sagittarius nicknamed "Zodiac Traveler". Those born of this sign are endowed with an intuitive mind and combativeness as well as being loyal, generous and full of energy. What more suitable recipe that combines two ingredients so different from each other! To try!

Ingredients (for 4 people)
Linguine 350 gr.
Cuttlefish 300 gr.
Asparagus 300 gr.
Cherry tomatoes 200 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
Salt to taste
Parsley to taste
White wine 100 ml
Basil to taste
Garlic 2 cloves
Optional chili pepper
Clean the cuttlefish well by removing the central bone, the ink blister and the outer skins. Wash them well and cut them into small pieces. Clean the asparagus by removing the hard base, wash them and cut them into cubes. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces. Chop the basil and parsley.

Sauté the garlic with the oil.

Add the cuttlefish. Sauté for 1 minute.

Add the white wine and let it evaporate. Remove the garlic.

Add the cherry tomatoes and the chopped parsley and basil.

Cook covered for 15 minutes. The sauce is ready.

Boil the asparagus in a pot with salted water.

From the boil, cook for 5 minutes.

You can cook linguine.

Pour the linguine with asparagus into the sauce. Keep a little of the cooking liquid from the pasta that you can add if it dries out too much.

Stir for 1 minute.

You can serve. Enjoy your meal!

"The heart is a wealth that is not sold and not bought, but given away." (Gustave Flaubert, French writer born under the sign of Sagittarius)
