Simple in preparation, delicate and tasty, this first course will surely please. Simmenthal meat is the protagonist!

Ingredients (for 4 people)
Linguine 350 gr.
Cherry tomatoes 250 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
Salt to taste
Chili pepper (optional)
Simmenthal 1 box of 140 gr.
Abundant basil
Garlic 3 cloves
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into chunks, open the simmenthal box.

Brown the oil with the garlic and chilli.

Add the cherry tomatoes.

Cook for 7-8 minutes over high heat. Remove the garlic and add the Simmenthal.

Mix everything over low heat.

Add linguine.

Stir gently by adding a ladle of pasta cooking water if it dries out too much.
