Today I prepare a second course that is very simple and quick to make. Light and tasty, also ideal for those on a diet.
I used plaice fillets but you can also use cod, sea bream or grouper fillets. To try!

Ingredients for 3 – 4 people
Plaice fillets 6
Cherry tomatoes 200 gr,
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
Parsley to taste
Basil to taste
Oregano to taste
Capers 20 gr.
Salt to taste
Garlic 1 clove
Roll up the fillets by securing them with toothpicks.

Sauté the oil with the garlic.

Add the cherry tomatoes. Remove the garlic.

Add the capers that you will have well desalted. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes.

Place the fillets on the sauce, add the chopped parsley and basil, oregano and salt.

Cook with the lid on for 4-5 minutes as the fillets are very tender.

The rolls are ready! Enjoy your meal!
