Rustic recipe that, in its simplicity, enriched with paprika, will surely please. Easy and quick to make it is definitely worth trying!!

Ingredients (for 4 people)

Short fusilli 350 gr.

Cherry tomatoes 400 gr.

Fagiolini 150 gr.

Basil to taste

Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.

Salt to taste

Sweet paprika to taste

Garlic 2 cloves

Pecorino 50 gr.

White wine 100 ml

Wash and cut the green beans and cherry tomatoes into small pieces.

Brown the garlic in the oil.

Add the green beans. Cook for two minutes. Add the white wine and let it evaporate.

Add the cherry tomatoes and basil. Remove the garlic. Add salt.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

Add the pasta to the sauce by adding the pecorino cheese and a tablespoon of sweet paprika.

Mix well. You can serve with a sprinkling of paprika and a little more pecorino cheese.
