A quick and simple dish in its realization, which smells of summer. Cherry tomatoes, basil pesto and sweet paprika are the ingredients. To try!

Ingredients (for 4 people)

Fresette, linguine or spaghetti 350 gr.

Basil pesto 4 tablespoons

Cherry tomatoes 200 gr.

extra virgin olive oil 40 gr.

Garlic 2 cloves

Salt to taste

Sweet paprika 1 teaspoon

Parmesan cheese to taste

Wash the cherry tomatoes.

Brown the garlic and oil in a pan.

Add the whole cherry tomatoes and remove the garlic.

Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.

Heat the fresettes, keep a little of the cooking water. Pour them into the pan.

Add 1 tablespoon per person of pesto (you can use packaged pesto or you can prepare it yourself see following this recipe) and 1 teaspoon of paprika.

Stir over high heat for 2 minutes, adding a little of the pasta cooking water, if it dries out too much.

Serve. A sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and a pinch of paprika to enjoy a simple and special summer dish.
