The Bolognese, a rich and tasty ragù that satisfies everyone.

Ingredients (for 4 people)
Fettuccine 350 gr.
Minced beef 300 gr.
1 medium onion
Celery to taste
Carrot 1
Oil 50 gr.
Tomato puree 700 ml
Salt to taste
White wine 100 ml
Whole milk 100 ml
Parmesan cheese to taste
Chop the onion, celery and carrot.

Brown the mince with the oil in a pot for 1 minute.

Add the minced meat.

Sauté over high heat. Add the white wine and let it evaporate.

Pour in the tomato.

Add milk.

Simmer for about 1 hour. The sauce is ready. Boil the fettuccine.

Season the fettuccine with a rich ladle of meat sauce. A sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and... Enjoy your meal!
