Easy to make, this appetizer or even main course is prepared with zucchini. Delicious and effective, it will be appreciated by young and old.

Ingredients (for 5 dumplings)
Zucchini 10 slices
1 whole egg
Flour to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste
Breadcrumbs to taste
Salt to taste
Sunflower oil 200 ml
Mozzarella 100 gr.
Wash and cut the zucchini into thin slices to obtain 10 slices of the same size.

Arrange the zucchini in a cross and put a cube of mozzarella in the center.

Gently roll the zucchini slices over the mozzarella and secure them at the end in the center with a toothpick.

Flour the dumplings and dip them in beaten egg, then dip them in grated Parmesan cheese and finally in breadcrumbs.

Fry the dumplings and after cooking place them on a sheet of paper towels to remove excess grease. The dumplings can also be baked in the oven at 180* for 20 minutes, if you don't like frying.

The dumplings are ready. Delicious hot but also warm and cold. Ideal for an appetizer or even a main course accompanying them with a fresh salad.
