A simple dessert, the tart that is prepared quickly. Ideal for breakfast or snack, it appeals to young and old. To try!

Ingredients

Farina 00 500 gr.

Sugar 180 gr.

Butter 150 gr.

Salt a pinch

Paneangeli 1 sachet

Vanillin 1 sachet

Whole eggs 3

Jam to taste 200 gr.

Put the flour mixed with the Paneangeli yeast in a bowl or in the planetary mixer. Add the sugar and butter and vanillin.

Mix well by hand or with a whisk. Add the eggs.

Work the dough well and quickly.

Form a loaf. Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Remove the dough from the fridge, put it on the work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin half a centimeter thick (with cooking in the oven it will double in volume).

Line a baking pan with a diameter of 24 cm and spread the jam on the dough, I used plum jam. With this dose you can also prepare another smaller tart in a pan with a diameter of 20 cm which, if you prefer, you can season with another flavor of jam.

Decorate the tart with strips of dough.

Bake at 180* for 25 minutes.
