Today I prepare cutlets with my mother's recipe. Loved by adults and especially children, this simple and tasty dish remains a myth of the kitchen that always makes a party on the table.

Ingredients (for 4 cutlets)

Veal 4 slices (about 400 gr.)

Parmesan cheese 50 gr.

Breadcrumbs 150 gr.

Parsley to taste

garlic 1 clove

salt to taste

2 whole eggs

Sunflower oil 300 ml for frying

Cut the meat slices along the edge to prevent them from curling during frying and remove the fat from the edge of the meat.

Chop the parsley and garlic very finely. Put the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Mix well. Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them well. Do not add salt as it can cause the breading to come off during cooking. If you like it you can add pepper but if children eat them too it is to be avoided.

Let's start breading the cutlets. Put the slices of meat in the eggs, roll them in the breadcrumbs making sure that it sticks well.
