These chocolates that are prepared quickly are simply good, which you can enrich with imagination of ingredients to your taste, for many occasions. For Valentine's Day, add chili pepper and celebrate with your other half while savoring a small spicy heart!

Ingredients (for about 40 chocolates)
Dark chocolate 500 gr.
Hazelnut grains 50 gr.
pistachio grains 50 gr.
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Chili pepper 1/3 if fresh or if powdered 1/3 teaspoon
Paper cups and silicone molds of various shapes
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. I used chocolate in wafers.

When it is melted and you see that mixing it with a spoon is totally fluid, divide it into several containers, according to the varieties you want to prepare. I used four small containers.

In the first I add the chilli. I used the fresh one, using only a third since it is very spicy. Failing that, you can use chili powder and use a third of a teaspoon. If you prefer spicier chocolate, you can increase the dose to your taste by tasting during preparation. Mix well.

In another quantity I added a teaspoon of cinnamon and mixed well.

Another variety I prepare with chopped pistachios, the fourth variety I enrich with chopped hazelnuts.

With a spoon very gently I start filling the molds. I fill the hearts with chili chocolate.

I fill the caps with cinnamon chocolate and chopped hazelnuts.

I fill the cups with pistachio chocolate and decorate with a pinch of pistachio grains.

I put it to solidify in a cool place for about an hour. I remove the chocolates from the molds. If you don't have molds, you can also use just cups of different shapes and colors. I arrange the small morsels of goodness on a serving plate!

You can also join hearts and form four-leaf clovers! Happy Valentine's Day!
