This first course is simply good and becomes a side dish, if you don't add the pasta. Zucchini give freshness to the beans flavored with bacon. To try!

Ingredients (for 4 people)

Cavatelli 300 gr.

Zucchini 300 gr.

Boiled beans 300 gr. or 1 can

Sliced bacon 60 gr.

Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.

Onion 1

Salt to taste

basil to taste

Optional chili or pepper

Slice the onion and zucchini. Brown the onion with the oil.

Add the coarsely chopped bacon and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the zucchini and chopped basil. Cook covered for 10 minutes. Add salt.

Add the beans.

Cook for 5 minutes.

Boil the cavatelli, pour them into the pan and mix well.

Serve. A sprinkling of chili or pepper if you like it and enjoy this goodness.
