The cartridges are delicious almond-flavored sweets that are part of the tradition of Neapolitan pastry.
It is a dessert to prepare for any occasion, it is not difficult to make.
Everyone will like them young and old. Fragrant and soft, ideal for tea or at the end of a meal and for any occasion.

Ingredients for 50 cartridges
Flour 00 250 gr.
Sugar 250 gr.
Eggs 250 gr.
Butter 250 gr.
Paneangeli almond flavor 1 vial
Paneangeli vanilla flavor 1 vial
Metal cylinders with a diameter of 2.5 by 4.5 with a length of 50
Cake papers n.50
Sheet of baking paper 1
The recipe for the cartridges is also very simple in remembering the doses. Weigh the eggs and use the same amount of sugar, butter and flour. If you don't have molds available, you can use paper cups still obtaining an excellent result.
In a bowl or in the planetary mixer put the sugar and butter cut into large pieces.

Mix the butter with the sugar.

Add the whole eggs.

Gradually add the flour and the two vials of flavorings.

Mix well until the dough becomes soft and homogeneous.

Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Arrange the molds by aligning them after rolling a paper in each of them.

Transfer the dough into a piping bag with a nozzle and fill the cylinders halfway as they will increase in volume during cooking.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160* for 20 minutes.

When they are browned, you can remove them from the oven.

When they have cooled down, make a slight pressure from the bottom up.


The cartridges are ready! It's a party!
