A very simple recipe for preparing lamb with an excellent result. Make it for Easter!

Ingredients (for 4 people)
Lamb 1 kg
Extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
Garlic 3 cloves
Chili pepper to taste
Timo q.b.
Bay leaf to taste
Rosemary to taste
White wine 150 ml
Salt to taste
Flour to taste
Clean the lamb well by removing the fat. Wash and dry it with paper towels. Flour the pieces.

Brown the garlic and chilli pepper with the oil.

Add the floured pieces of lamb.

Brown the pieces well, turning them several times.

Remove the garlic. Add the white wine and over high heat let it evaporate. Add the herbs and salt.

Cook covered by adding, if necessary, a ladle of hot water if it dries out too much for 30 minutes. Lamb is cooked if you easily get into the meat with the tines of a fork. When it is browned you can serve.
